Return Policy

Aila18 offers a 30-day return policy, and all orders except final sales can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

To return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or used, with tags attached, and in good packaging. Please print your receipt or proof of purchase.

Start a Return

Please follow the on-screen process to request a return.

You must return your item in its original box. The box must be intact and free of tape or labels. If you return an item with a damaged box or tape, your return will be refused.

Please allow 7 days for processing to be credited back to your original form of payment.

International
We do not currently accept international returns.

Returns outside the continental U.S.
We do not currently accept returns from addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or military bases.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the problem and correct it.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of merchandise cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants), customized items (e.g. special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, purchase a new item separately.

Refunds:
Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit your account.
